           失重秤是一種連續給料的稱重設備,由于失重控制在料倉中進行,可達到較高的控制精度。該系統給出料倉過程為密封結構,環保無污染,廣泛應用于冶金、建材等微粒粉末物料的輸送計量的控制。
    1、失重秤計量原理稱重料倉和稱重給料螺旋安裝在一起,形成料倉總成,該總成放置在稱重傳感器總成上,組成一個單獨的計量裝置,通過進、出物料軟連接,使料倉總成與支承結構隔離,料倉的重量接受計量摔制系統的監視和控制。失重給料摔制系統將根據料倉總成的重量的減少,連續計算出投料暈,并將該投料暈與設定值進行比較,控制螺旋的速度,保證投料罩與設定值相同。投料控制連續工作,直到稱重料倉總成的重量達到預設定的下限設定值。達到下限設定值時,稱重倉上面的加料閥將自動打開,向稱重料倉進行加料,加料系統將保持給料狀態,直到稱重倉總成的重暈達到預設定的上限設定值,此加料系統將關閉,開始新的失重控制周期。
